Our company is based in Mumbai and is registered under the Protector general of Emigrants (PGE). The entire selection and recruitment process is done as per the guidelines set by the PGE by our team of well trained staff and under the supervision of our leadership of our management. Our legal and finance team provide the necessary guiderails to operate and deliver services to our customers. We do not employ sub-agents for the purpose of selection of candidates. Following are the procedures including but not limited to maintaining permanent records, bio-data with all the particulars of each candidate, copies of employment contracts, police verification, visa procedures and issuing tickets is managed professionally to enable our associates. We provide our associates complete guidance on the process and support their onboarding to our customers.

Few of the steps that we follow right from selection to the departure of the candidate are as follows:

1) Customer Requirements: Recognising and understanding the client’s requirement is one of the most essential part in the recruitment process. A comprehensive understanding of the clients needs pertaining to the field which requires the desired workforce with appropriate skills is always a pre requisite and hence we have meetings with the client representatives or their principals through video, phone calls and emails which helps us understand exactly what the client is looking for. We also seek clarifications and obtain a clear understand of the needs.

2) Initial Meeting: We have a kick-off meeting with the leads in our team clearly outlining the needs as understood and enabling them to start looking for the right candidates. The team will look into every aspect of skill, experience, reference checks, validation of the CV and data, background needed, language requirements, and various other parameters that form the checklist for right sourcing. The kick-off meeting is conducted with the joint representation of all the departments and our management.

3) Newspaper/ Social Media Ads: Our company is well connected with the press and media; hence we are able to place ads in the best possible media with necessary coverage and distribution and the right locations in the country in different languages in different states. We also place these ads where we can get the maximum distribution in the target segment of the candidates.

4) Sourcing from our data bank: Having experience in both construction and interior design projects as our company is well connected with people from these sectors. We also have our own and sourced database of workforce with skills and contact information to match our customers’ requirements and enable quick onboarding.

5) Interviews & validations: After receiving resume, or biodata from various applicants who wish to apply for the advertised jobs our team will start shortlisting the right candidates matching various factors like their key skills, educational qualifications, languages spoken, their ability to understand and read English, past work experience and background.

6) KYC & background checks of shortlisted candidates: The candidate has to undergo a couple of interviews with our team and experts from the fields for the job which the candidate has applied for. Only after the candidate has successfully cleared the interviews along with necessary police verification and complete background checks will the candidate move on to the next step of the selection process.

7) Orientation program: The selected candidates will have to undergo a series of practical hands-on tests which would be conducted by our experts to be sure that the candidate has true and complete knowledge and experience for the job he has applied for. This step will enable us to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate in terms of his knowledge and experience.

8) Practical trade tests: This is one of the most important steps in our process and aims at preparing the candidate to relocate to the foreign country. Introducing and familiarizing him/her with the country, the local culture, the employers, the kind of job he/she is expected to do, the salary and other benefits that the candidate would be entitled for upon arrival in the foreign country. In addition, we also provide information along with other details pertaining to the immigration process, living, working and travel details, the currency etc.

9) Medical screening: The candidate has to be medically fit both physically and mentally hence a thorough examination of the selected candidates is done by the doctors on the company panel and only after receiving a confirmation from the doctors will the candidate proceed to the next step. The candidate also undergoes all mandatory medical tests and assessment as per the stipulation of our clients or destination country.

10) Visa processing: Once the candidate clears all the previous mentioned steps and procedures we will apply for the candidate's visa and work permits following all the guidelines issued by the government of foreign country.

11) Emigrations clearance: Passports of all the candidates are thoroughly scanned for ECR and ECNR status. Documents of those candidates whose passports hold an emigration check required (ECR) status are collected and sent to the offices under the Protector General of emigrants (PGE) to obtain emigration clearance for seeking employments abroad in foreign countries.

12) Departure to destination country: After thorough checking, orientation, briefing, visa and emigration clearances our travel desk will issue a ticket along with requisite travel insurance, local currency and other documents required by the candidate for arrival in the foreign country. The candidate will also be briefed about the immigration procedures to be followed at Indian and foreign airports.
